HDMI Slim – No Power Repair & HDMI Port Replacement
Complete no-power repair for an HDMI Slim device, including replacement of the damaged HDMI port, micro-soldering, and full post-repair diagnostics to ensure stable performance and proper signal output.
This HDMI Slim device came in with a no power issue caused by a faulty and damaged HDMI port.
The device would not turn on, and the HDMI area showed signs of internal shorting.
After inspection, we confirmed that the HDMI port was physically damaged and causing a short circuit on the power line, preventing the device from powering up.
We removed the faulty port, cleaned all oxidized pads, and installed a brand-new high-quality HDMI Slim port.
Once the new port was fitted, the device powered on normally and HDMI output was fully restored.
