iPhone 13 Series – Logic Board No Power Repair
Board-level repair performed on an iPhone 13 series A15 logic board using specialised micro-soldering equipment, controlled heat platform, and full post-repair testing to ensure stability and long-term reliability.
This iPhone 13 series device came in with a no-power issue, caused by a fault on the logic board.
The phone showed no response when connected to power, no boot activity, and no signs of display output.
To diagnose and restore the device, we removed the logic board, mounted it onto our precision heating and rework platform, and carried out micro-soldering on the affected circuits.
After stabilising the board and correcting the fault, the phone successfully powered on and passed all functional tests.
